Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Laws (LLB) - University of the Witwatersrand
Experience
Lynne was appointed as the Group Chief Operating Officer in 2001 and has been an executive director of the group for more than 9 years. She is admitted as an Attorney and, prior to joining the group, was in private practice as a litigation and commercial Attorney.
During 2001/2002 she was actively involved in the National Joint Task Force on creation of Housing Stability.
Skills
High-level strategic and business conceptual thinking with the ability to convert concepts into operational realities and to implement multiple and diverse projects all at the same time.
She has clarity of thought combined with the ability to work within tight schedules and reliably hit milestones. A ‘can do’ attitude and very goal orientated to get the job done.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lynne is the Group Chief Operating Officer of Mayibuye Group (Pty) Ltd. In this capacity, she is responsible for the effective running of Group operations.
In addition, Lynne is responsible for the entire Group’s Human Resources as well as the Group’s Corporate Social Investment initiatives.

Institute of Directors in Southern Africa.
